•Cookies: We limit our use of cookies to storing and collecting information to improve our website and enhance your experience. Usage of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
•E-mail correspondence: We do store your email address and email correspondences, but will only send you special offers with your approval.
Sharing of Information
Metropolitan Plastics does not share any information with outside sources. All payment information is passed through to a credit card processing company.

•All sensitive information is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.
•Credit card and other payment account information is not stored on our servers. Only the last 4 digits of your credit card number are stored for the purpose of confirming or identifying orders. All credit card information is transmitted securely to a credit card processing company.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends & holidays. Orders received after 12 Noon EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Policies and Restrictions:
- All orders ship Ground, however we offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING for additional freight charges. Please contact us for rates.
- Shipping rates shown are for Continental 48 States only. Shipping to AK, HI, & PR may require additional fees/payment.
- Shipping to APO Boxes will require an additional $65.
- WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES - PLEASE PROVIDE VALID STREET ADDRESS.
- We ship to CANADA! Contact us for rates.
Return policy:
- Returns accepted within: 7 Days
- Refund given as: Money Back less restocking fee of 15%
- Return shipping paid by: Buyer
- SELLER MUST BE CONTACTED PRIOR TO RETURN TO OBTAIN RA NUMBER & RETURN ADDRESS. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT CONTACTING SELLER OR WITHOUT RA NUMBER MAY NOT BE REFUNDED.
- A pre-paid return label may be provided for an additional fee.

Change of Address:
A change of delivery address must be requested directly with Metropolitan Display. Additional charges may be required. Address changes requested through the carrier will not be honored, and the shipment will be sent to the original location.
Receipt of Damaged Goods:
- If you see the box is damaged upon receipt REFUSE DELIVERY and contact us immediately. A replacement will be shipped right away.
- All other damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a full replacement.
Cancellation Policy:
We will gladly honor your cancellation request, however please be aware that we try to ship as quickly as possible once your order is received and it is possible that your order may already have shipped by the time we receive any cancellation requests.
If your order has not shipped when we receive your cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and your payments will be refunded.
If your order has already shipped by the time we receive your cancellation notice, then: a) we will attempt to contact the carrier and have the item re-routed, or b) the recipient should refuse delivery at which time it will be sent back to us. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping payment and a 15% restocking fee. When the item is received at our facility, you will be credited the purchase price less teh return shipping amount plus the 15% restocking fee.
Undeliverable Address or Refusal of Delivery:
Orders or merchandise that is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, costs and charges plus a 15% restocking fee. We will make every attempt to correct an address or contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned, you will be credited for the order minus the return delivery amount plus the 15% restocking fee.
